• Except by prior arrangement, check-in time is strictly after 4pm on the day of arrival.
• Except by prior arrangement, check-out time is strictly before 10am on the day of departure.
  
• Please, no smoking or vaping inside the house. Ashtrays are provided to dispose of cigarette butts outside.
• Except for beds and bedside tables (e.g. pushing singles together or vice versa), please do not move the furniture.
  
• We do not allow parties or events.
• No pets please.
• We work hard to make our houses a nice place to be for all who stay. We kindly ask that you would show our house the same respect you would your own home.
