We are Matt an d Fiona, the faces behind Yorkshire Short Stays. Matt is from New Zealand and Fiona is Yorkshire born and bred. After travelling the world for 17 months and experiencing varying standards of holiday accommodation we are passionate about providing the best possible experience for our guests. Fiona is also a midwife and her differing encounters with hospital staff accommodation in the UK and New Zealand have helped her to really understand the importance of comfortable and convenient temporary accommodation for professionals.

We love Yorkshire and our local community and pride ourselves in working with local businesses to provide excellent stays for new or temporary employees, contractors, insurance relocations and leisure guests.
